fromCredentialAndAttestation(input: ICredential | ICredentialPresentation, attestation: IAttestation, cType?: ICType): VerifiableCredential
Transforms a regular KILT credential to its VC representation.

Returns
The VC representation of the KILT credential and optionally its CType.
Parameters
- input: ICredential | ICredentialPresentation
  
  The credential to transform.
- attestation: IAttestation
  
  The attestation corresponding to the credential.
- Optional cType: ICType
  
  (optional) The full specification of the credential's CType. If specified, the CType will be included with the VC on its credentialSchema property.
